igm27 Terms & Conditions

In these Terms & Conditions, unless the context otherwise requires, the following definitions apply:

To register and maintain an igm27 account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) who is a resident of Indonesia and is at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times thereafter while using the igm27 platform.
• You must have the full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under applicable law. If you are subject to any legal restriction that limits your ability to contract, you are not eligible to use igm27 Services.
• You must not be accessing the igm27 platform from a Prohibited Territory or on behalf of any person located in a Prohibited Territory.
• You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, agent, or affiliate of igm27, nor an immediate family member of such a person, unless igm27 has granted explicit written permission.
• You must not have been previously excluded, suspended, or banned from the igm27 platform, nor have had an igm27 account closed for breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion programme that covers the igm27 platform or online gambling services generally.

Registration of an igm27 account is subject to the following conditions:

• Each individual may hold only one igm27 account. Opening, operating, or attempting to operate more than one account — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. igm27 employs automated detection systems to identify duplicate accounts, including matching of device fingerprints, IP addresses, bank account numbers, and identity documents.
• All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and current. This includes your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification, your date of birth, your Indonesian mobile number, and your active email address.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your igm27 account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. igm27 is not liable for losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to safeguard your credentials.
• You must notify igm27 customer support immediately upon becoming aware of any actual or suspected unauthorised access to your account.
• igm27 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without being required to provide reasons.
• Account registration and use of igm27 Services is personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your igm27 account or any balance within it to any other person.

igm27 applies a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process to protect the integrity of the platform and comply with responsible gaming obligations. The following provisions apply:

• igm27 may request identity verification documents at any time, including at the point of first withdrawal, when account activity triggers risk-based review criteria, or upon a Member's request for a high-value transaction.
• Acceptable identity documents include a valid Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP), passport, or other government-issued photographic identification. igm27 may also request proof of address and proof of payment method ownership.
• Withdrawal processing may be suspended for accounts where KYC verification has been requested but not yet completed. igm27 will not be liable for any delay in withdrawal payment arising from a Member's failure to provide requested documentation promptly.
• All KYC documents submitted to igm27 are handled in accordance with the igm27 Privacy Policy. Documents are used solely for identity verification and anti-fraud purposes and are not shared with third parties except as required by law or by igm27's payment processing partners.
• Submitting forged, altered, or fraudulent documentation constitutes a criminal offence and a material breach of these Terms & Conditions. igm27 will immediately close the account, forfeit the balance, and reserve the right to report the matter to the relevant authorities.

The following terms govern all deposits made to igm27 Member accounts:

• Deposits must be made using a payment method registered in the Member's own name. igm27 does not accept deposits from third-party bank accounts, e-wallets, or payment instruments. Accepted deposit methods include bank transfer via BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI, Bank Permata, and OCBC NISP, as well as e-wallet transfers via OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.
• The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000 via e-wallet and Rp 25.000 via bank transfer. Maximum deposit limits may apply and are subject to change; current limits are displayed on the Deposit page within your igm27 account.
• Deposits are credited to the Member's igm27 wallet upon confirmed receipt of cleared funds. Confirmation times vary by payment method: e-wallet deposits are typically confirmed within one minute; bank transfers are typically confirmed within one to three minutes during normal banking hours.
• igm27 does not charge a fee for deposits. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transfer fees, which are outside igm27's control and are the Member's responsibility.
• Deposits made in error (for example, to an incorrect account number) must be reported to igm27 customer support immediately. igm27 will make reasonable efforts to assist but cannot guarantee recovery of funds transferred to third-party accounts through Member error.
• igm27 reserves the right to reverse or suspend a deposit where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms & Conditions.

The following terms govern all withdrawal requests submitted by igm27 Members:

• Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the Member's own name and matching the payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless igm27 has approved an alternative arrangement in writing.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Maximum withdrawal limits per transaction and per day are displayed on the Withdrawal page within your igm27 account and are subject to change.
• igm27 targets an average withdrawal processing time of under ten minutes, available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, including Indonesian public holidays. Processing times may be extended during periods of exceptionally high transaction volume or where KYC verification is pending.
• Withdrawal requests for funds derived from Bonuses are subject to the applicable wagering requirements being met in full before the withdrawal is approved. The outstanding wagering requirement for any Bonus balance is displayed in your account dashboard.
• igm27 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests that exceed defined thresholds or that are flagged by igm27's risk management systems. Processing of such withdrawals may be temporarily suspended while the review is conducted.
• igm27 does not charge a withdrawal processing fee. Bank transfer fees or e-wallet transaction fees imposed by third-party providers are outside igm27's control and are the Member's responsibility.

igm27 offers a range of Bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible Members. All Bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any promotion-specific terms communicated at the time the Bonus is offered:

• Bonuses are available to eligible Members who have completed account registration, accepted the applicable promotion terms, and satisfied any qualifying deposit or activity requirement specified in the promotion details.
• Each promotion is available once per Member, per household, per device, and per IP address, unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise. igm27 reserves the right to limit Bonus eligibility where it determines that multiple accounts are being operated to exploit promotional offers.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they are eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier for each Bonus is stated in the promotion-specific terms. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period specified for the Bonus; uncompleted wagering requirements will result in the Bonus balance being forfeited upon expiry.
• Bonus funds must be wagered on eligible games and bet types as specified in the promotion terms. Bets placed on restricted games or at odds below the minimum qualifying threshold do not contribute to wagering requirements.
• igm27 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any Bonus at any time, with reasonable prior notice where practicable. If a Bonus is cancelled after a Member has begun meeting the wagering requirement, igm27 will credit any real-money equivalent fairly at its discretion.
• igm27 reserves the right to withhold or reverse any Bonus, winnings, or withdrawal where there is evidence of Bonus abuse, collusion, use of software to exploit promotions, or any other form of fraudulent conduct in connection with a Bonus.

The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on the igm27 platform. Product-specific rules for sportsbook, live casino, togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery), slots, and esports are published separately within each product section.

• All bets and wagers are final once confirmed by the igm27 system. Members are responsible for reviewing all bet details — including stake amount, selection, and odds — before confirming any wager. igm27 does not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed bets except in specific circumstances outlined in the product-specific rules.
• igm27 reserves the right to void any bet or wager where there is evidence of a pricing error, system malfunction, suspicious market activity, or match-fixing. Voided bets will have the original stake returned to the Member's wallet.
• Winnings derived from bets placed with real-money wallet funds are credited to the Member's wallet immediately upon settlement and are available for withdrawal subject to these Terms & Conditions.
• igm27 employs certified random-number-generation (RNG) systems for all non-live gaming products, including slots, togel, and virtual games. RNG systems are independently audited to ensure fairness and compliance with provably fair standards.
• In the event of a technical failure or disconnection during a live game session, igm27's system will resolve the round based on the last confirmed server-side game state. igm27 is not liable for losses arising from internet connectivity issues on the Member's side.
• Members must not use any automated betting software, bots, scripting tools, or artificial intelligence systems to place bets on the igm27 platform. igm27 employs detection technology to identify automated activity and will close accounts where such activity is confirmed.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the igm27 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Opening, operating, or attempting to operate more than one igm27 account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information, identity documents, or payment method details.
• Using the igm27 platform to launder money or to process funds derived from illegal activity.
• Exploiting software bugs, vulnerabilities, or system errors to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings generated through exploitation of a technical error are void and will be reversed.
• Engaging in match-fixing, collusion with other players, or any coordinated activity designed to manipulate the outcome of bets or games.
• Using the igm27 platform for commercial purposes, including operating as an unlicensed agent, accepting bets on behalf of third parties, or reselling igm27 credits or bonuses.
• Attempting to access the igm27 platform using a VPN, proxy server, or other IP-masking technology to circumvent geographic or account restrictions.
• Engaging in any conduct that is abusive, threatening, or harassing toward igm27 staff or other platform users.

All content, software, design elements, trademarks, logos, game assets, and other intellectual property displayed on or accessible through the igm27 platform are the exclusive property of igm27 or its licensed content providers. The following restrictions apply:

• Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the igm27 platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.
• Reproducing, copying, distributing, publicly displaying, reverse-engineering, decompiling, or creating derivative works from any igm27 content or software — in whole or in part — without prior written authorisation from igm27 is strictly prohibited.
• The igm27 name, logo, and all associated brand marks are registered or unregistered trademarks of igm27. Unauthorised use of igm27 trademarks in any context is prohibited.
• Game content provided by third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft is subject to those studios' respective intellectual property rights. igm27 operates these games under licence.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the following limitations on igm27's liability apply:

• igm27 provides the platform and all Services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. igm27 makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or fitness for purpose of any Service.
• igm27 is not liable for any loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, or any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages arising from a Member's use of or inability to use the igm27 platform, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise.
• igm27's total aggregate liability to any Member in respect of any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the net deposits made by that Member to their igm27 account in the 30-day period preceding the date on which the claim arises.
• igm27 is not liable for losses arising from a Member's reliance on inaccurate odds, market information, or game results that are subsequently corrected due to a system error or data feed failure.
• Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits or excludes igm27's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

igm27's collection, use, storage, and protection of Member personal data is governed by the igm27 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering an igm27 account, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted the Privacy Policy.

• igm27 collects personal data necessary for account registration, identity verification, payment processing, and responsible gaming compliance. The types of data collected and the lawful bases for processing are set out in the Privacy Policy.
• igm27 does not sell Member personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data sharing with third parties is limited to payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory bodies, as described in the Privacy Policy.
• Members have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal data held by igm27, subject to igm27's legal retention obligations. Such requests should be submitted to [email protected].

igm27 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Member account in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions, including but not limited to the Prohibited Conduct clause.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe following igm27's request.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of the platform in connection with any criminal offence.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the Member or notification from a recognised responsible gaming authority.
• igm27's decision to withdraw from a particular market or discontinue a particular service.

Upon account termination for breach, igm27 reserves the right to forfeit any Bonus balance and any wallet funds derived from fraudulent activity. Real-money deposits not derived from prohibited conduct will be returned to the Member's verified payment method following completion of any applicable review period.

Members who wish to voluntarily close their igm27 account may do so by contacting customer support. Voluntary account closure requests are processed within three business days. Any remaining real-money wallet balance will be returned to the Member's verified payment method.

igm27 is committed to providing a safe, fair, and responsible gaming environment. The following responsible gaming provisions form part of these Terms & Conditions:

• igm27 enforces a strict minimum age requirement of 21 years. Age verification may be requested at any time, and accounts found to be held by persons under the age of 21 will be immediately closed with all wallet funds forfeited.
• Members may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their igm27 account at any time through the account settings. Deposit limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period before taking effect; decreases take effect immediately.
• Members may activate a session time reminder that notifies them of elapsed playing time at intervals they select.
• Members may request a temporary time-out from their igm27 account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days. During a time-out period, the account is suspended and no deposits, bets, or logins are possible.
• Members who wish to permanently exclude themselves from the igm27 platform may submit a self-exclusion request to igm27 customer support. Permanent self-exclusion takes effect within 24 hours and cannot be reversed for a minimum period of six months.
• igm27 customer support can provide referrals to independent professional gambling support resources for Members who believe their gambling is causing harm.

igm27 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. The following amendment procedure applies:

• Material amendments to these Terms & Conditions will be communicated to Members via a notification displayed upon login and, where practicable, by email to the registered account address, with a minimum of seven days' notice before the amended terms take effect.
• Non-material amendments (including corrections of typographical errors, clarifications of existing provisions, and updates to reflect changes in igm27's product offering) may take effect immediately upon publication of the updated Terms & Conditions on this page.
• The date shown in the "Last Updated" field at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent amendment. Members are responsible for reviewing this page periodically to remain informed of the current terms.
• Continued use of the igm27 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept the amended terms, you must cease using the igm27 platform and contact support to close your account before the amendment takes effect.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which igm27 is licensed and incorporated, as published on the igm27 platform.

• In the event of a dispute arising between igm27 and a Member, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation, by submitting the details of the dispute to igm27 customer support at [email protected].
• igm27 will acknowledge receipt of a formal dispute within five business days and will provide a substantive response within 15 business days of receipt of all relevant information from the Member.
• Where a dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiation, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the jurisdiction in which igm27 is incorporated, unless applicable mandatory consumer protection law in Indonesia requires otherwise.
• These Terms & Conditions are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English-language version and any translation, the English-language version shall prevail.
